1Add the Porridge ingredients to a saucepan. Bring to the boil, then turn the temperature down and simmer until the oats have softened, and the porridge has thickened. You want it to still be moist, not thick and claggy.
2Take the porridge off the heat, and mix in the ground flaxseed. Serve immediately with the toppings of your choice. The banana/walnut combination is my favourite.
