Kia ora,

In 2017 I started a journey to better health, when I learnt about eating a whole food plant based diet.  My doctor was going to put me on medication if I didn’t get my blood pressure down, and changing my diet fixed my problem! 

It has been a life bending journey, learning the often ignored truth about our food choices, and adapting to a new way of preparing food. 

I feel a new lease on life, and I am here to share with you what I have learnt, in the hope I inspire your own journey.
