What is this website all about?

When I learned the truth about the connection between what we eat and our health, back in 2017, I looked high and low for all the information I could find.  In that time, I have read multitudes of book and websites, devoured untold podcasts and webinars, cooked thousands of whole food plant based dishes, and completed my Center for Nutrtion Studies Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition.

What was missing for me, was a source of information that applied to me as a New Zealander.  So I have set out here to create that source.  You will find recipes using local ingredients, and blog posts that bring Whole Food Plant Based eating into the New Zealand context.
